we met Puru at Kathmandu airport and he took us to his office and patiently answered all our questions. He prepared a detailed itinerary for us and gave us multiple trek options - EBC, Panorama view, Gokyo etc. Puru’s colleague - Ram helped us book our trip and they took care of everything - airport pick and drop, stay and food throughout our trip, porter/guide, air tickets (which we had to re-sched multiple times and Puru helped us every time).
