Couldn’t speak more highly of my guide, Bishal. Over 18 days we trekked through the Annapurna Circuit, Tilicho Lake and Poon Hill - certainly my highlight of 2024. Bishal took care of the business, leaving my friend and I to take in everything that the mountains had to offer. We were well advised and well led, despite trekking in the Winter. Bishal was a true mountain man, and couldn’t picture the experience without him. Thanks to Bishal and Himalayan Hub for facilitating such an incredible memory.
First things first: the Annapurna circuit is an amazing hike.
What was les amazing, is that Prakash, who claims to be someone who knows all the tracks in Nepal did not apply any of this knowledge in building the right package for us.
Three main points:
My request for a quote without Porter was systematically ignored and I had to get into an argument with Prakash to go without Porter. Once we were on the track, the only person we met with a porter was a 70 year old man. We would have felt ridiculous had we had one.
When I asked about the five day segment at the start of the track that clearly has a road going through it, this concern was waved away, saying that we would walk on hiking tracks. This was not so, the first day was skipped, and the next four days we walked 80% on roads.
Whereas we indicated that we had limited time, he made it look impossible to cut back on any part of the track. Once on the track, this turned out to be total bs.
Looking at the plan in hindsight, it is as if it was designed to be cut short on purpose whilst paying for a longer itinerary. Be very critical when booking with these guys.
Note: in feb, when we went, accommodation is free if you order food at the teahouses, so you’re set for dinner, breakfast and accommodation for about 15$/day.
Mr Prakash is the best suggesting person in Nepal!!
What an experience! Spent 12 days on the Annapurna circuit taking in the amazing Nepali culture and mountain views! Deepak our guide was great fun and kept us entertained throughout!! He was super knowledgeable and very funny! Said our trek has come to an end but can’t wait to come back and explore more of Nepal!

ACA was amazing and guide nice
Booked the Annapurna Circuit with them and did it with Dilip Karki.
I was nervous it the beginning because I never did trekking like this and have never been in high altitudes, but as soon as I met Dilip I was at ease. He took care of everything, made feel safe all the way and is incredibly nice.
Fully recommend this agency and Dilip as a guide.

Annapurna circuit
Just came back from the Annapurna Circuit trek with Bishal being my guide and it was so good! Besides the fact that Bishal took very good care of me, it was also a good company during the trek for having good conversations and a laugh. During our trek there was lots of snowfall but since I went solo with a guide we were flexible in changing the plan a little bit to our own wishes.
I would highly recommend!
