Walking through the rhododendron forests between Ulleri and Ghorepani in April was absolutely magical. Red and pink flowers covered every tree and the whole trail smelled incredible. Our guide stopped to show us Danphe Nepal's national bird sitting in the branches and he was so excited about it. Himalaya Hub is one of the best trekking agencies in Nepal and their spring timing advice was perfect. The Short Poon Hill Trek through the Annapurna Conservation Area was the most beautiful short walk of my life. Great service from start to finish.
Machhapuchhre - the Fishtail Mountain at 6,993m from Ghorepani at 2,874m was so stunning it did not look real. Our guide told us nobody is allowed to climb it because it is sacred. That made it even more special. Himalaya Hub is a great local trekking operator. Best short trek from Pokhara without any doubt. Amazing experience.

3767 Stone Steps Were Worth It
Everyone warned me about the 3,767 stone steps to Ulleri at 1,960m. Yes my legs hurt but it was so worth it. The views from the top of those steps opened up to the whole Annapurna range and I forgot about the pain instantly. Our guide told jokes the whole way up which made the climb bearable and fun. He was so good at keeping the energy up. Himalaya Hub is a trusted trekking agency in Nepal and their Ghorepani Poon Hill trek route was perfectly planned. One of the best trekking agencies in Nepal for short treks.
I had never trekked before in my life and the Poon Hill Trek 3 Days was the perfect way to start. Not too long, not too scary, and the views were absolutely incredible. Our guide was so encouraging and walked at my speed the whole time. Himalaya Hub is the best trekking company in Nepal for beginners. I came home wanting to do more treks already.

Best 3-Day Himalayan Sunrise Trek From Pokhara
Standing on Poon Hill at 3,210m and watching the sunrise light up Dhaulagiri at 8,167m and Annapurna I at 8,091m at the same time was the single most beautiful morning of my life. The whole sky turned gold and pink and everyone on the hilltop went completely silent. Our guide walked with us in the dark at 4am and made sure nobody fell on the stone steps. He had hot tea waiting at the top. Himalaya Hub is a professional trekking company and their Short Poon Hill Trek 3 Days was perfectly organized from Pokhara and back. Highly recommended trekking company.
