From the first time we met at the airport to our last goodbye,all perfect & good hospitality by them!!Our guide (Kumar) & our porters ( Sandip,Sumon,Abishek) did a very good job!we really had fun & enjoyed our moments through out our journey with them. Kumar is the best guide ever!!Funny,energetic,helpful & knowledgeable guy!he speaks a very good English too!!he explained to us about mountains,culture,animals and so many other things to us all the way.always be there when we need his help.our porters also were so funny & helpful!they even taught us some 'magic trick'!!we enjoyed playing cards,singing together.overall,im really really satisfied with their services.for anyone who is planning to go trekking at Nepal,i would seriously recommend you guys to go with Himalaya Hub!

Thank you Ram Barakoti as a guide I could not have wished for better. Ram's knowledge of the mountains and pathways are the finest always seeking to provide extra information. At all times I felt safe and secure and that my well being was of his highest concern. As a company Himalaya Hub delivered on every aspect of the itinerary, my accomodation in both Kathmandu and Pokhara were of high standard. My welcome, by Puru, late at night at the airport was enthusiastic and genuine. My friends & I did the Annapurna Circuit Trek for about 11 days. Everything was so well organized from the beginning to the end. We conquered Thorong La Pass at 5416m! Special thanks to our amazing guide Kumar Simkhada for being part of us during the journey. He made sure everyone was okay and he even went extra mile to offer encouragement & motivate me personally until I reached Thorong La. Will definitely come back for more! I love Nepal & HimalayanHub Tours!

Booked my trek with them and they were very patient when suggesting which treks to book and were clear in explaining to me what I could expect on the trek, especially as a solo female traveller. The booking process to trek to the Annapurna Base Camp went by really quickly and they got all my required documents prepared by the next day. My guide and porter Nawaraj Rijal was also very patient with me the entire time throughout the trek. He allowed me to go at my own pace, even when it was dead slow and even helped me out when I fell ill midway through the trek and ensured that I was taking my medication promptly. He was excellent in all other aspects as well like ensuring the best accommodation for me during the trek (e.g. requesting for single rooms where possible) and the hotel provided at Pokhara was also lovely - it was close enough to the city centre, but far enough for you to have adequate rest without being disturbed by the hustle and bustle in Lakeside. Even back in Pokhara, after our trek had ended, he gave me ample suggestions on what to do and where to go and even helped me book a paragliding trip. I think the cherry on top the cake was when I returned to Kathmandu on my own (as I had opted to stay for a few more days in Pokhara alone), he was by the bus station to pick me up and bring me back to my hostel. All in all, I'd say he went way beyond his duties to make the trek as memorable and comfortable for me and I don't think the trek up to the Annapurna Base Camp would have been as memorable if not for the excellent services rendered by the company. Would totally recommend using this agency if you're looking for a place to book a trek in Nepal.

My wife and I weren't sure about hiring a guide for the Annapurna circuit but are glad we did in the end. We met Puru at the airport and were teamed up with Ram Barakoti who guided us for 14 days around the circuit and our side trek to Tilicho lake. His knowledge of the mountains is excellent and we always felt in safe hands. An incoming weather front forced us to fast track our Pass crossing which Ram handled well and got us over a day early. He is well connected in the mountains and we were happy with the accommodation and restaurant choices he made. Thanks for a memorable first trek in Nepal - 5 stars for him Note that if you finish your trek early for whatever reason (we finished 2 days early) don't expect a refund for food and accommodation budget paid upfront. We were taken for a cultural dinner in Kathmandu as a sweetener after querying this but it would have been better to know upfront.
