The Helambu Trek was my very first trek in Nepal and I could not have chosen better. Starting from Sundarijal at 1,460m we were already in the mountains within an hour of leaving Kathmandu. Our guide was so patient and walked at our pace the whole time. He explained the Yolmo culture in every village we passed. Himalaya Hub is a professional trekking company and they made this beginner trek feel safe and exciting. The sunrise from Chisapani at 2,194m with the whole Langtang range glowing pink was the best morning of my trip. Highly recommended trekking company.
I just finished my Aannapurna circuit trek during low season with himalayan hub.
Let me say one thing: it was a life changing experience.
My guide Sushil was really kind and very knowledgable on the Annapurna and the Nepali culture.
He took care of everything, i just had to focus on walking.
We shared a lot of amazing moments, moments that i am really grateful for.
Now i just want to come back and do another trek.
Would highly recommend.
I can completely recommend to book a tour with this company and especially our guide Dinesh (the other guides are probably great as well). I will explain why.
First, we did the annapurna circuit for 14 days. The service of the company was helpful from the beginning. Before the trek we wanted to go to bandipur, our agent Puru set everything up, that this works and we got picked up from our guide there. Also we were able to meet our guide before trekking, which is very helpful when you spend the next 14 days together.
To our guide Dinesh: I don't think you can get better service. He is very friendly and communicative and gave us a lot of insights about living in Nepal. But he also realized when you want to have some time for yourself and enjoy the silence and nature. He also knew a lot about the trek itself and the tea houses etc. so we had a lot of different options about where to stay and which route to take.
Of course you can do the trek only by yourself, but we got so many benefits from booking a tour. Especially when we got a health issue in high camp, Puru and Dinesh took care of everything, where you probably would have some problems as a non nepali.

We had a really good time doing the Annapurna Circuit! Puru was very well organized, and our Guide Dinesh was just amazing! Really friendly, helpful and experienced. Even when my boyfriend got sick, he managed everything really well to get him help. Thanks a lot for an amazing time in Nepal, will never forget!

Great treks!
In March 2020 we stayed at Wanderthirst hostel for about 5 nights and we can strongly recommend this place. Despite the Corona-virus the Wanderthirst team made us feel "at home" and were always kind to help as we had to change plans often. We would especially like to thank two persons. Thank you Ramhari (Himalaya Hub Adventure) for arranging our incredible ABC trek and providing a handful of practical tips from the hostel (even in outside your office hours)! Thank you Sandip Bhatterai (Himalaya Hub Adventures) for your guidance, company and kind personality during our trekking days in the Annapurna region! We had to stop our journey sooner than expected, so we will come back for sure!
