Manaslu Tsum Valley Trek Still Thinking About It Every Day
I finished the Manaslu Tsum Valley Trek three weeks ago and I still think about it every day. The mountains, the monasteries, the kind people in every village stay with you. Our guide was amazing. He knew every family on the trail it seemed like and always found us a warm spot to rest. Himalaya Hub is a professional trekking agency and you feel that from the very first day. Manaslu Base Camp at 4,480m was stunning in the early morning light. This is a trusted trekking company in Nepal and I cannot recommend them enough.
What a journey. 18 days through Tsum Valley and the Manaslu Circuit and I feel like a different person. The culture in Tsum is unlike anything else in Nepal, old and quiet and honest. Our guide was full of stories about the villages and made every rest stop interesting. Himalaya Hub is a really experienced trekking company and their local knowledge is incredible. Mu Gompa at 3,700m on a clear morning is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. Book with them seriously. One of the best trekking agencies in Nepal.
I did the pikey peak with this company. Everyone was very friendly and organized everything. You don’t have to worry about anything besides what you bring for the trip. Unfortunately the weather was bad but you can not change that. Suraj my guide was a very friendly, funny and experienced guide. He told me a lot about Nepal and its culture on the way.

We got Puru his contact by a friend who already went to Nepal. Everything was arranged. Our pick up at the airport but especially the Annapurna Circuit was wonderful. Prem, our private guide, made our trip even more special. He knows the mountains really well and is always in to share his knownledge which we appreciated a lot! He is very professional and easy going in the same time. He made us feel comfortabel with all the etappes we had to do. When we will do another hike, we will for sure ask if Prem can join us again.

We did the Everest Base Camp trek with our guide Krishna and porter Pasang, and couldn’t have wished for better company. Although we originally planned to do the Three Passes, some health issues forced us to change our plans along the way. Krishna handled the rescheduling with total flexibility and a calm, reassuring attitude; exactly what you need when things don’t go as planned.
Krishna is relatively new to guiding, and that freshness shows in the best possible way: his love for Nepal’s nature and landscapes feels genuine, and his enthusiasm is contagious. He made sure we always had enough blankets, offered snacks along the way, captured some wonderful videos of us, and kept his spirits high; from the early morning starts to the long, rainy afternoons.
We had a wonderful time and felt genuinely sad when the trek came to an end. Thank you Krishna and Pasang!
