We had a wonderful trek with our guide Binaya and our porter Suresh, they were very helpful and made our Annapurna circuit trek very smooth:-)

Wanted to See the Real Hidden Nepal
I wanted to see the real hidden Nepal and Lower Dolpo delivered. Shey Phoksundo Lake was breathtaking and Ringmo village nearby felt so traditional and genuine. Our guide from Himalaya Hub was wonderful, patient, knowledgeable, and always made sure we were safe. The trek goes through Shey Phoksundo National Park and the landscape is like nothing else in Nepal. Himalaya Hub is a Kathmandu trekking agency that really knows remote areas. I felt well taken care of the whole time. Amazing experience in Nepal that I will talk about for years.
Me, my partner and a friend did the Annapurna Circuit in march 2025 with Himalaya hub. We were well informed by Prakash about the itinerary, were able to borrow the necessary equipment from the company and were then left in excellent care of our guide Surya and porter Narayan. We appreciated Surya’s attentiveness and flexibility as well as Narayan’s pure strength and kindness very much.

Not an Easy Trek But So Worth It
The Lower Dolpo Trekking is not an easy trek but it is so worth it. Himalaya Hub prepared us well with all the right information about altitude and packing. Our guide was experienced and calm and made the hard days feel manageable. Baga La Pass at 5,214m was tough but the views of Dhaulagiri at 8,167m from the top were insane. This is a restricted area trek in Nepal so you need a good agency and Himalaya Hub is definitely that. Tibetan Buddhist culture everywhere you look. One of the best trekking agencies in Nepal for remote treks.
I completed the 11-day Annapurna circuit with Binod and Suraj. It was amazing! The mountains and the hike were beautiful. Binod and Suraj were very friendly and helpful, they did everything to make us feel comfortable and happy. They enabled us to enjoy the circuit in the optimal way.
