Upper Dolpo Trekking took me to the most remote place I have ever been. The camping trek Nepal style with Himalaya Hub was perfectly organized - warm tents, good food, and a team that worked so hard for us. Our guide was patient and experienced and never rushed us on the high passes. Crystal Mountain Kora near Shey Gompa was spiritual and beautiful. Himalaya Hub is a professional trekking company and you really need that expertise in restricted areas like this. Jungben La Pass at 5,550m was the highest point and I felt on top of the world.
Upper Dolpo with Himalaya Hub was worth every penny. Shey Phoksundo Lake is the deepest lake in Nepal and the color blew my mind. Our guide made the tough days feel easier. Saldang village at 3,770m felt so remote and peaceful. Best guide in Nepal experience.

Best Guide and hike
Everything was perfect! Rupesh was an amazing guide. We had so much fun and the views were amazing. I would definitely recommend the Annapurna circuit tour!

Best Upper Dolpo Trek Experience in Nepal
The Upper Dolpo Trek changed my life. Shey Gompa at 4,200m is an 800 year old monastery and standing there felt like touching history. Our guide was so calm and knowledgeable about every pass and village. Himalaya Hub is the best trekking company in Nepal for remote treks. They handled all the restricted area permits perfectly. Crossing Kang La Pass at 5,360m was hard but the views into Inner Dolpo made it worth every step. This is a trans-Himalayan trek and the landscape is wild and beautiful. Highly recommended trekking company.
Me and my husband hired Narayan as a porter-guide for our Annapurna Circuit trek and we are incredibly happy with our decision. Narayan is an extremely capable porter-guide, with exceptional knowledge of the terrain, mountains, and local culture. The Himalaya Hub Adventure supported us with everything regarding the organization in advance. On the trek Narayan was always up for our suggestions on things we wanted to do and places we wanted to stay, he was very flexible and adapted things as we wanted.
Narayan is genuinely personable, humble, honest, and has the ability to magically lift everyone’s spirits, especially on the hardest trekking days when it is needed most. Our hiking experience would not have been anywhere near as meaningful, fun nor successful without his guidance and support, and we cannot recommend him enough!
